Rewards faq

You can register in two ways:

1) Download the Rocky Rococo app (Apple Store or Google Play) and sign-up, or 2) Go to rockyrococo.com/rewards and hit the “Join now!” button.

Your username is the email address associated with your Rococo Rewards account. 

If you previously set-up an account or if your account was migrated from the previous loyalty program, you may already have an active account. To access this account:

  1. Request a new password: CLICK HERE.  NOTE: Your username is the email associated with the account.
  2. You will receive an email to reset your password. Once reset, you can login at rockyrococo.com/rewards or click here.

  • You earn 3 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases. You can accumulate points and use them to add free food rewards to your wallet once you have earned enough points for the applicable food item.
    • In store: To earn points, you must check-in at the point of sale before the transaction is complete by providing the phone number associated with your rewards program.
    • Online: To earn points, you must sign-in to your account prior to completing your transaction.
  • We also provide “special” rewards:
    • Welcome reward: you will receive a FREE REGULAR SLICE reward after your first order as a member. This reward expires after 21 days.
    • Birthday reward: you will receive a FREE #1 COMBO reward on your birthday. This reward will expire after 31 days.

 

NOTE: you cannot earn rewards when ordering via a delivery platform (i.e., Doordash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.)

As a new Rococo Rewards member, a free regular slice reward will be added to your wallet AFTER your first visit as a member. If you have recently become a member, the regular slice will appear in your wallet as soon as you complete your first transaction.

The welcome reward has an expiration date of 21 days. If it has been more than 21 days since your first visit as a member, the reward may have expired.

Written instructions:

  1. In your Wallet:  Your free regular slice welcome reward will be added to your wallet AFTER your first visit as a member. You can view this in “My Rewards” on the mobile app home page or by logging into your account summary at rockyrococo.com/rewards.
  2. Add to order: Make sure you add your favorite regular slice to your basket.
  3. Apply reward: On the check-out page of your transaction, select the “Apply Rewards” button and click the regular slice reward  before completing the transaction. The discount will appear on your order summary.

You can’t earn points for tax, delivery fees, tips, or gift card purchases.

You can view your points online at rockyrococo.com/rewards (hit login) or by going to “My Rewards account” in the mobile app.

Online: Go to rockyrococo.com/rewards and login. Go to “Account Balance.”

Mobile app: Food rewards will be listed on the home page of the mobile app

In-Store: Ask one of our counter staff and they can look up your account.

Written instructions:

  1. Convert points to food reward: First, go to the Rewards tab of the mobile app or the “Redeem Rewards” once you have logged in at rockyrococo.com/rewards. Select the free food item that you would like to redeem with your earned points. Once your points are converted to a food reward, this reward will appear in your wallet at check-out.
  2. Add to order: Make sure you add the associated menu item to your basket (ie. if you selected a free breadstick reward, make sure you add breadsticks to your basket).
  3. Apply reward: On the check-out page of your transaction, select the “Apply Rewards” button and click the reward you would like to use before completing the transaction. The discount will appear on your order summary.

NOTE: Rewards for a free item do not cover modifications (i.e., toppings). For example, if you would like to add sausage to your free cheese pizza, you will pay for the add-on.

Our mobile app is the best way to experience the Rewards program, but you can order, earn points, and redeem points through our website (rockyrococo.com/rewards) or in our restaurants.

Yes, if unused (i.e., not converted to food reward), accumulated points will expire on a rolling basis 365 days after they are earned. You may receive notification via email and app messaging that you have points expiring.

Yes, all rewards expire after a period of inactivity:

  • Food rewards (converted earned points) expires in 30 days.
  • Welcome reward (free regular slice) expires after 21 days.
  • Birthday reward (free #1 combo) expires at the end of your birthday month.

We are sorry you were unable to use your reward! All rewards expire after a period of inactivity. Please see above for expiration periods.

Whoops! Sadly, we can’t add points after the order is completed. If you are having issues, please contact us at rockycares@newsite.rockyrococo.com or by calling 1-800-888-7625.

Unfortunately, no. You have to provide your phone number or sign-in before your order is complete to earn points. 

Birthday emails are sent out on the first of each month (i.e. all January birthday emails are sent on Jan 1st for the month). If you joined the program during your birthday month after the 1st, the birthday reward will not automatically be triggered.
